Cancellation Policy

We understand life situations arise that are out of our control. Please just let us know within our policy.

We ask you to consider that your stylist and our team works hard to prep for your appointment. In return, if you do have to cancel, please let us know within 24 hours. If something comes up that you do need to cancel within 24 hours, a fee will be due for half of what your scheduled appointment would cost.
